How to Delete Your Account In-App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Byen Jwe app. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Byen Jwe app Launch the app on your Android device and sign in if you haven't already.
2. Go to your Profile Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Open Settings Tap the ⚙️ settings icon in the top-right corner of your profile screen.
4. Select "Delete Account" Scroll down to find the Delete Account option. Tap it to begin the process.
5. Confirm the deletion Read the confirmation message carefully and tap Confirm Delete. Your account will be permanently deleted.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. Your account will be inaccessible right away, and all personal data will be fully purged from our active servers within 30 days. Backup systems are also cleared within 90 days in accordance with our data retention policy.
